Purpose
The purpose of this application is to manage enrollment, classes and volunteers for a religious education program from grades k-10 that includes calssroom and home school programs. A simple 5 step process is all that is required to register and enroll students in classes. Management will include family demographic collection, student information collection, teacher or volunteer information collection, class formation and class roster assignment.
Report generation will allow for key informaiton to be extracted from the database and to be used for facility planning such as classroom usage and possible teach recruitment.
Sacramental information can also be tracked and reported. Including being reported back to original baptismal church.
Original Development and Customizations
This application was originally developed in conjuction with our own Catholic parish and they have been using a version that has additional modifications to fit their needs. The application has been developed with customizations in mind. Contact us if you need more information. .
