The purpose of this application is to manage donations, contacts and events for a civic organization of any size. A simple 5 step process is all that is required to collect donor information and assign a donation to an event. Management will include donor company and contact collection, event setup, amount collected, mail merge to create thank you letters for each donation.
Report generation will allow for key informaiton to be extracted from the database.
This application was originally developed in conjuction with civic orgainzations which I have been personally involved with. They have been using a version that has additional modifications to fit their needs. The application has been developed with customizations in mind. Contact us if you need more information. .
